Artificer Systems is a business name of Idlehour LLC. Your signed agreement is the final word. This is the short version.
Price
Pricing is by size. Starter (5–14 units): $1,000 setup + $300/mo. Growth (15–39): $1,500 + $500/mo. Portfolio (40–99): $2,500 + $800/mo. 100+ units: custom quote. Half the setup to start; the other half when you sign off in writing that it's live (Portfolio: at Phase 1 sign-off). Market Trends is an optional $99/mo add-on on any tier. Flat per tier, not per unit.
Refunds
The deposit is refundable until work starts.
Guarantee
Live in 14 days, or your first month is free. The 14 days start once you've paid the deposit and given us access to your tools. Delays on your side pause the clock. Portfolio is phased: the promise covers Phase 1, and Phase 2 is live by day 45. Delays on your side move that date too.
Canceling
Cancel the monthly plan with 30 days' notice. Email is fine. You keep everything we built.
Referrals
If you refer a client who signs up, you get 10% of their setup fee.
Your accounts
Your accounts stay in your name. We join as a user. We never ask for your passwords.
