Do I need new software?
No. We build in the tools you already pay for. We don't replace them.
Is the price per unit?
No. Each tier has one flat price, starting at $300/mo for 5–14 units.
Who is this for?
Short-term and vacation rental managers with 5 or more units. Long-term rentals come later.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You add us as a user or team member. You can remove us at any time.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Your accounts stay in your name, and you keep everything if you cancel.
What about software costs?
